How I partnered with Ira Gross
The greatest partnerships sometimes have the best beginnings...Ours is a classic. Back in 2000, I was looking to buy a condo in the Syosset/Woodbury neighborhood. In my search for the right home for me and my family, I was introduced to Ira, though he was NOT the listing agent, and we hit it off. Oddly, a Carnegie Mellon Graduate from Hong Kong made the connection with a storied top producer who speaks fluent Hebrew. We stayed in touch and when I decided that a change of career might be in order for me, Ira was the one I reached out to. The rest as they say is history. We have been partners for over 4 years, closing over 80 homes and over $60 million of sales volume and have never looked back. Our backgrounds are very different but our love of the North Shore and all things real estate makes for a perfect business marriage. Whether you are buying or selling, give Tim and Ira a call. At Least It Would Be A Good Conversation. At Best A Profitable One.
